SIRO Smart WLAN roller shutter switch type SL00208W

With the SIRO Smart Roller Shutter Switch SL00208W, you can bring your existing electric roller shutters, blinds, or awnings into the smart age. To upgrade, simply replace the SIRO Smart Roller Shutter Switch with your existing roller shutter wall switch. Thanks to the Wi-Fi module built into the SIRO Smart Switch, you can control your sun protection system immediately and without a gateway via the Smart Life app (or Tuya app).

Of course, the entire range of smart options as well as voice control via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa are fully available to you.

Easy conversion

As a standard-compliant flush-mounted switch, the SIRO Smart Roller Shutter Switch SL00208W can be easily installed into existing flush-mounted boxes. With external dimensions of 80 x 80 mm and a switch surface of 54 x 54 mm, it fits into most wall switches and multiple frames* when retrofitted.

Smart app control without gateway

Thanks to the WLAN module, the SIRO Smart Roller Shutter Switch SL00208W is always online and can be controlled directly with the Smart Life app (or Tuya app) on your smartphone without a gateway.

No additional gateway is required, just a Wi-Fi router with an existing internet connection. You can use all the familiar features on the Smart Life app, from timer functions to voice control via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa to scene setting. All these conveniences are possible by replacing a single switch.

Does the switch also work manually?

Manual functional activity is always present.

Can a percentage setting be made via Alexa voice command?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. You can only raise and lower the shutters using voice commands. In the future, we will offer a shutter switch with a percentage adjustment.

Can you combine multiple switches into a group?

You can create a group in the app and combine the roller shutter switches.

However, it is unfortunately not yet possible to define the degree of opening to more precise values.

Can the smart shutter switches also be set to, for example, only close halfway? Or only open and close completely?

The desired position of the blinds can be set in the app.

Why can't I see the position of the shutters in the app?

The exact values are not yet available.
